A Healthy Prostate


Many of us don’t know much about the prostate. Particularly as we age the prostate grows so making changes to our diet and exercise, to help slow that growth can aid in maintaining a healthy prostate.

In addition to dietary adjustments, there is good evidence that supplementation can add to your proactive regime. Look for supplements that contain: Saw Palmetto Berry, Pumpkin Seed, Lycopene, Zinc, and Selenium. The quality of these ingredients matters, too.
