Small Business And Self Discipline

If you own your own business, as I do, or if you are thinking of investing your time and money (sometimes lots) into a small business there are some eye opening perspectives in the attached article. Self-discipline therefore is an indispensable asset, sometimes even more than considerable capital investment you likely made in the beginning (I was fortunate that my capital investment was small since my company values and rewards based on personal performance), but I still find myself facing the challenges of self-discipline.
