What Is Cholesterol?

When I read this article by a medical doctor, Peter Attia, and how he was still learning about cholesterol, it felt right to share what he has learned and what he continues to learn about this “waxy” substance, produced mainly in our liver. By the way as Dr. Attia points out, without it we could not live.

Like most information, there is more to truth than our perceptions. This informing essay delves a little more deeply into our “perceptions” about cholesterol. We know, or should that there is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol, but Dr. Attia goes further in explaining the truths from the myths.

Not surprisingly, a good diet and at least moderate exercise is the best way to control cholesterol, but supplements can be a great alternative to pharmaceuticals. Phytosterols can help reduce dangerous levels of cholesterol. I can introduce you, as I have many others to a brand of phytosterols that is completely natural and works like crazy to balance your levels of good and bad cholesterol. Just contact me and we’ll share some information.
